- Clarke County High School graduating Senior
- Plan on attending a four year accredited college
- GPA must be a minimum of 3.0
- In good standing with the wrestling program at the time of award as verified by the wrestling coach
- Exemplifies good citizenship, reflecting the morals and work ethic expected from CCHS wrestling coaches
- Award will be determined by the following Wrestling merits –merit is determined by team points scored in CCHS matches in the 2010-2011 season

5 Points for Technical Fall
4 Points for Major Decision
3 Points for Decision
