- One $2500.00 scholarship shall be awarded annually to a CCHS graduating senior
- Top priority may be given to a student in the top 10% of his academic class who has not been awarded a scholarship by the CCHS Scholarship Selection Committee
- Additional consideration may be given to a student pursuing a science related field in his post-secondary education
- Additional consideration may be given to a student pursuing veterinarian related field in his post-secondary education
- Applications will be required for selection consideration commencing in 2013
- Foundation appoints or approves the scholarship selection committee
- Payment is made to the institution attended by recipient after high school
- A portion of the fund corpus may be utilized in years of inadequate income, and the scholarship amount may be increased in years of excess income
